The Story
365 is the restaurant inside Son Brull, a Relais & Châteaux hotel set in a former Jesuit estate near Pollença, on the road toward the Tramuntana mountains. The name comes from an old local nickname for the property: the people of Pollença called it the farm with as many windows as there are days in the year.
