How We Built This List
Years of Eating, Asking, and Going Back
We drew this list from Guidavera's own verified Palma restaurant data, filtering for restaurants where pizza is central to the concept rather than a side item. That leaves four genuine entries: Mozzatura, L'Artista Pizzeria Napoletana, Contro Corrente and Brutus. Grills, sushi spots and coffee shops that also happen to serve pizza, including Sky Nudos, Nudos Atelier, KOA and Nano Coffee Lab, are left off because pizza reads as incidental on their menus rather than the reason to go. Ventuno Bar Italiano, a Santa Catalina aperitivo bar that also serves pizza, is noted as an honourable mention rather than ranked, since its own data describes it as a bar and cocktail spot first. This guide covers the pizzerias currently in Guidavera's Palma data and will grow as we add more.
