1 Best burger in Mallorca
Raimundo Burger

2. Raimundo Burger — The old-town gourmet reference, since 2017
Raimundo is Palma's steady gourmet reference, open in the old town's Sa Gerreria quarter since 2017. The kitchen builds around fresh Galician beef (aguja de ternera gallega) on a black-sesame brioche bun, with a small, high-rotation dining room that keeps the product fresh. There is a Mexican burger with chipotle mayo and vegan options too, and it runs two Palma locations.

Honourable Mentions

Born 8
El Born
A stylish Born spot whose broad international menu includes some of the more elaborately presented burgers in the centre, if you want the burger as part of a bigger meal out.

Block House
Centre
A city-centre steakhouse rather than a burger joint, but a solid fallback if you want a beef burger in a full sit-down setting.
The bigger picture
The burgers Scene in Mallorca
Two things to know before you order in Palma. First, the smash-versus-gourmet split is real, and the best places commit to one or the other rather than doing both badly. Second, the strongest cluster is central, around the old town, Blanquerna and Santa Catalina, so a burger crawl is walkable.
Practical tips

The best burger spots are small and busy: for Buco Burger and La Nueva Burguesa in particular, book ahead or go early.

Watch the days off. Buco Burger closes Wednesdays, La Nueva Burguesa and Klüg lean dinner-heavy midweek, and Badal Corner is closed Monday and Sunday.
- 3
For a walkable crawl, start in the old town (Raimundo, Buco), swing by Mercat de l'Olivar (Badal Corner) and finish in Santa Catalina (La Nueva Burguesa).
