Dim sum come four to a portion at around €18 to €19: hakao with tiger prawn and bamboo, xiao long bao with Iberian pork and chicken consommé, siu mai with quail egg, guotie and wontons in a 72-hour master stock, or an eight-piece assortment for €38. The duck is dry-aged for 10 days, lacquered in an artisan pot and roasted with fruit-wood aroma (€52 half, €98 whole), and the carta also covers national meats, fish and seafood, vegetable classics, rice and noodles.
