Traditional Spanish cooking and pintxos with a Basque lean, from Arbizu txistorra and Gernika peppers to bacalao and grilled matured beef.

Tasting and group menus

The 2024 tasting menus cost €50 to €55 a head with draught beer, soft drinks and wine included. A typical one opens with hummus and Galician-style lacón, moves through starters such as dressed tomato with piparras, Arbizu txistorra with Gernika peppers and fried eggs with Iberian ham, then shares battered anchovies or hake and a boneless matured txuletón from the grill with baked potatoes, before desserts and coffee. A cocktail-style picoteo menu for events (€50) runs about two and a half hours with an open bar.
