The Story
A&M Batangueño opened on Monday 18 November 2024 at Calle Huesca 1, in Tetuán, as a restaurant devoted to Batangueño cooking, the food of Batangas province on Luzon. It started out with a buffet of five dishes plus a drink and dessert, and the buffet remains the house's weekend draw. The kitchen also takes catering, tray orders and events, and the restaurant closes for a summer break in August.
