Ambu Coffee's Letras café is a specialty coffee bar on Calle de las Huertas in the Barrio de las Letras. Ambu opened its first café on Calle del Pez in October 2021 and now runs three in central Madrid, with Núñez de Balboa the third. Expect espresso drinks and filter coffee, with sourdough toasts, sandwiches and pastries such as croissants and cardamom rolls. Ambu also runs a coffee school. It's open daily.

About Ambu Coffee

The Story

Ambu Coffee opened its first café on Calle del Pez in October 2021, with the aim of sharing the work behind a good cup: producers, roasters, baristas and everyone else along the way. It now runs three cafés in central Madrid, Pez, Núñez de Balboa and this one, Ambu Letras on Calle de las Huertas, plus Ambu Coffee School.

The Cuisine

Specialty coffee across espresso and filter, with sourdough toasts, sandwiches and pastries such as croissants, cinnamon rolls and cardamom rolls. Ambu Coffee School runs espresso, filter and sensory workshops for enthusiasts and future baristas.
