Sana Locura is a fully gluten-free bakery and brunch spot on Calle del General Oráa, in Salamanca's Lista barrio. Everything is made without gluten: bread and hogazas, croissants and palmeritas, empanadas and empanadillas in flavours such as blue cheese or curried chicken, and brunch tostadas with avocado and salmon or tuna. It's open weekdays in two shifts and on Saturday mornings, and closed on Sunday.
