Amb el bon temps, la masia agafa un altre ritme. Jardí, llum i espais que conviden a celebrar: casaments, trobades i moments que val la pena fer bé. Aquí tot està pensat perquè passin coses que després es recorden. Si tens alguna idea al cap, al dossier de la bio hi trobaràs tota la informació.

S'acosta la primavera. El sol s'allarga, escalfa una mica més… i al jardí ja es nota.�Les aromàtiques s'espavilen, creixen contentes i tornen a omplir l'aire de vida.

A la planta baixa de la masia hi ha el Pot del Follia, just on comença el celler. És la nostra cara més desenfadada: tapes, plats per compartir, coses per anar provant i aquell punt de llibertat que convida a deixar-se portar. Un espai més viu, més directe, pensat per gaudir sense massa normes. Id

El que surt de l'hort… acaba al plat. Sense massa misteri. Plantem, esperem, collim… i cap a cuina. A vegades amb un pla clar, a vegades improvisant una mica —que també ens agrada.

La nostra cuina parteix d'una idea senzilla: cuinar amb el que tenim a prop i amb el que toca en cada moment. Treballar el producte amb respecte, deixar espai perquè parli i, de tant en tant, jugar una mica amb ell. Entre el seny i la rauxa, és on apareix la Follia.
