Adrián Quetglas is the chef-owner of Adrián Quetglas and D'Menú in Palma, Mallorca. Born in Buenos Aires in 1968 to a family with Mallorcan roots, he trained in Paris and in London under Marco Pierre White before spending roughly a decade working under mentor Marc Fosh in Moscow, where he was named Chef of the Year in Russia in 2016. He opened his own restaurant on Passeig de Mallorca in 2015, which held a Michelin star from 2016 until it dropped from the 2025 guide. He later added D'Menú, a weekday lunch spot built around a weekly-changing set menu.
