Background

About Ramen Otaku

The Story

Ramen Otaku started, in its own words, from obsession: long trips to Barcelona chasing a proper bowl, then all the way to Japan to learn the craft at its source. The result is a ramen bar in central Palma, on Carrer de la Volta de la Mercè.

The Cuisine

Authentic Japanese ramen made with local and imported ingredients, free from additives, with broths slow-cooked for hours. The menu lists bowls including a classic tonkotsu and tan tan men, plus homemade pork gyozas, and the kitchen serves in traditional Mallorcan tableware. There are vegetarian and gluten-free options.

The Team

The restaurant's ramen story is credited to chef Björn.
