Sukalde, the modern Basque restaurant from Grupo La Vasca on Carrer de Bonaire in central Palma, has opened a new bar area called el Txoko de Patxi, serving tapas and pintxos.

The new space is built around head chef Patxi Castellano, whose name it carries — a txoko, in Basque, being a gastronomic society or informal eating space. It extends Sukalde's Basque offering into a more casual, bar-led format alongside the main dining room.
