Palma's restaurant trade is getting a citywide showcase. Cuines del Món, a new gastronomic route, runs from 1 to 15 October 2026, with 45 restaurants taking part, representing 26 different cuisines across 23 neighbourhoods of the city, each serving a fixed-price menu for €25. Mayor Jaime Martínez presented the first edition on 28 September, framing it as a way to spotlight the immigrant-run kitchens spread across the city. The route is organised by FERIB, the Balearic hospitality employers' federation, with the Ajuntament de Palma and PalmaActiva as sponsors. The €25 price is per person, VAT included, and doesn't cover drinks.
A handful of Guidavera-listed spots are on the list. Osma – Table Française, run by Marion and Javier out of Ponent, is down as the route's French entry, alongside Daikiya Sushi for Japanese food and La Mujer de Verde, filed under "fusió internacional" on the event's official restaurant list, which also runs from Armenian and Georgian spots to Peruvian, Vietnamese and Korean kitchens.
