Felanitx's autumn fair built around pebre bord, the dried red pepper used to season sobrassada and other Mallorcan cured meats. Agricultural, industrial and artisan stalls fill the town, with the pepper harvest and its place in Mallorcan charcuterie as the central theme, alongside concerts and traditional dances.

2026 date (25 October) confirmed on the Govern de les Illes Balears' official 2026 calendar of fairs and markets. Note the 2025 edition ran October 17-19; check the ajuntament's programme closer to the date for full 2026 activities.
