Caimari's olive fair in the Serra de Tramuntana foothills, run by the Ajuntament de Selva. Stalls sell fresh-pressed and flavoured olive oils, table olives, bread and handicrafts, the old olive mill runs live pressing demonstrations, and there are tastings of tomatiga de ramellet (dried string tomatoes). The fair also has workshops, live music and traditional sports contests such as tir amb fona.
