The Story

NuBel is the restaurant of the Museo Reina Sofía, under the red dome Jean Nouvel designed for the museum's extension. It reopened in a new stage on 14 September 2026, run by Grupo Life Gourmet, combining food, music, culture and events.

The Cuisine

Sharing plates such as a 6XL gilda, crisp bravas with black-garlic alioli, Ibérico croquetas, a katsu sando of acorn-fed pork loin and tuna pani puri, then grill dishes from free-range chicken and Ibérico abanico to a T-bone in two preparations and a whole sea bass, with desserts such as the Sakura Nubel. A weekday lunch executive menu runs €32, the brunch €38 a head, and there's a breakfast and merienda carta.
