The Story

La Chulapa is a cervecería and jamonería in Carabanchel's Puerta Bonita barrio, a neighbourhood bar that opens at 6am and stays open into the evening. In November 2024 it took part in the second Ruta de Tapas Aluche y Carabanchel, 'Ven a vivirlo', in which 35 local bars each served a tapa with a third of Mahou. It's a different business from La Chulapa taberna in Lavapiés.
