The Mediterranean Gluten Free Forum 2026 is the 4th edition of southern Europe's largest gluten-free trade and consumer expo, held at the Recinto Ferial de Sabadell on 23 and 24 May 2026 (Saturday 10:00 to 21:00, Sunday 10:00 to 17:00). Around 50 exhibitors and over 70 commercial stands showcase certified gluten-free bread, pizzas, pastries, cured meats, cheeses, croquetas, chocolate, gourmet popcorn, Mexican cuisine and km0 Catalan producers (a new dedicated zone in 2026, featuring honey, jams and artisanal proximity products).
