Croissant Fest is a Barcelona festival dedicated to croissants and viennoiserie, bringing together artisan bakeries and pastissiers for a weekend showcase of butter, lamination, and crust. Barcelona has a strong croissant culture, and this is one of the few times each year that its laminated-dough kitchens present side by side.
