Early years

Torres trained at the Hofmann culinary school in Barcelona and built international experience through stages at Caelis (Barcelona), Mugaritz (Basque Country), Michel Bras (France), and the now-closed Fäviken (Sweden). Family memories — Andalusian salmorejo, Majorcan tumbet — and Catalan culture and travels shape his cooking foundation.
