Biography
Early years
Aldrey trained inside the ABaC Group under Jordi Cruz, working through the kitchen stations — from pastry to fish — and building the operational vision he now applies to running a restaurant.
Career
Atempo, the Jordi Cruz–signed restaurant near Passeig de Gràcia that opened in 2016, currently sits under Aldrey's day-to-day leadership. He is described in the restaurant's own materials as 'at the helm' alongside the Jordi Cruz signature. The restaurant holds one Michelin star and one Repsol Sol.
