Gunnar Blischke is a chef born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, who started cooking at 18 and went on to compete with Germany's national culinary team, winning a European Championship and finishing second at the World Championship in Shanghai. Before moving to Mallorca he worked at Henssler & Henssler in Hamburg and at Sylter Sansibar.
