Cerezo joined Àngle, the one-Michelin-star restaurant in Hotel Cram, as chef de partie and rose through the kitchen to succeed Cláudio Silva and Juan Cadaval as chef de cuisine. She executes the tasting menu day-to-day; Jordi Cruz, who designs the menu and provides creative direction, oversees the kitchen as creative director.
