The Story

The name Celler Can Amer belongs to a Mallorcan institution that spent years in Inca, where the historic celler traded until it closed in early 2020. That same year, chef Tomeu Torrens opened new premises in Lloseta, on Carrer des Miners, carrying the name forward. The original Inca building has since been donated to the Diocese, so the working restaurant today is the one in Lloseta.
