Hospes Maricel opens an Oyster Bar with Oysters Menorca, open to non-guests
Hospes Maricel & Spa has opened an Oyster Bar at its seafront Pool Club with Oysters Menorca, the Menorcan firm's first Mallorca venture. Non-guests can go from 18:30 to 22:00 until the end of October.
Hospes Maricel & Spa announced on 15 September an Oyster Bar developed with Oysters Menorca, which is setting up in Mallorca for the first time. It sits in the hotel's Pool Club, right on the seafront.
The menu is built around a bar of caviar, oysters and champagne, with small bites such as gildas, boquerones and Cantabrian anchovies, and dishes like bluefin tuna tartare and prawn carpaccio. It's open to non-guests too, from 18:30 to 22:00 until the end of October. The hotel's restaurant, Maricel, is a separate venue.
