Dining runs through two in-house restaurants, Mar&Duix and Gazebo, both under executive chef Sergi Olmedo. Mar&Duix is the more formal of the two; Gazebo is the casual counterpart, built around grills and rice dishes with vegetables from the estate's own organic garden. There's also a bar for something more relaxed, and since the property keeps a private vineyard and orchards, several of the ingredients on the table are grown right there on site.
