Cuines del Món is a new city-wide gastronomic route across Palma, running from 1 to 15 October 2026 in its first edition. Around 50 restaurants, professionals and communities from different parts of the world serve special international-cuisine menus at a fixed price of 25 euros (drinks not included; dessert optional), spread out across different neighbourhoods and areas of the city rather than in one venue. The route is organised by FERIB, the Balearic restaurant employers' federation, together with TasteMallorca and with the backing of the Ajuntament de Palma, and ties into Palma's 2026 title as Gastronomic Capital of the Mediterranean Islands. A dedicated website with the participating restaurants, menus, locations and an interactive map by neighbourhood or cuisine is being launched for the event.
