Memories, a Mediterranean restaurant with European and Asian touches, has opened in the former stables of the Palacio de Liria at Calle Princesa 18, with interiors by José Arroyo and an art intervention by Maseda.
Memories occupies the former stables of the Palacio de Liria, at Calle Princesa 18. The project respects the original architecture of the stables and reinterprets it in a contemporary way, with interiors by José Arroyo and an art intervention by Maseda.
The cooking is Mediterranean at its base, with European and Asian influences: ensaladilla rusa with carabinero tartare, steak tartare prepared at the table, monkfish a la bilbaína and sirloin with foie. There are also cocktails and DJ sessions through the day and evening.
