La Once Mil, the Mexico City taquería awarded a Michelin star in 2026, opened its first European location at Plaza de las Salesas 11 on 22 September 2026, brought to Madrid by the Los 33 team with founder César de la Parra.
La Once Mil, the Mexico City taquería awarded a Michelin star in the 2026 guide, opened its first European location on 22 September 2026 at Plaza de las Salesas 11. Founder César de la Parra brings the project to Madrid with the team behind Los 33, Sara Aznar and Nacho Ventosa. The Madrid menu keeps La Once Mil's identity while adding recipes created for the city, among them a taco of Rubia Gallega rib aged 100 days. It opens Tuesday to Saturday from 1pm to 1am and Sundays from 1pm to 7pm, with no takeaway.
