Bar Mistela brings the Valencian esmorzaret to Chamartín
Valencia's Grupo Gastroadictos opened Bar Mistela Chamartín at Manuel de Falla 5 on 1 September 2026, its first venue outside the Valencian region: over 400 square metres, room for about 200, built around the esmorzaret.
Since 1 September, Bar Mistela Chamartín has occupied more than 400 square metres at Manuel de Falla 5, with room for about 200 people. It's the first project outside the Valencian region for Gastroadictos, the Valencia group behind it.
The star is the esmorzaret, the Valencian mid-morning almuerzo, but the menu runs all day: a bar counter with a display of aperitivos and conserves such as gildas, boquerones and mussels in escabeche, plus grilled dishes and plates to share. Partner Rafa Recuenco says they want a bar that invites you to stay.
