Madrid Hotel Week 2026

Madrid Hotel Week turns the city's hotels into the stage for about a hundred activities, and the tenth edition runs from 6 to 15 November 2026. The Asociación Empresarial Hotelera de Madrid organises it, more than 50 hotels take part, and this year's motto is "10 años, mucho Madrid". The idea is to show that hotels are open to everyone, not only to guests, so you can walk into places you'd normally only pass on the street.

Food and drink are the biggest strand, with more than 40 gastronomy and cocktail proposals. The one most people will want to hear about is a four-handed Madrid cocido at Wellington Hotel & Spa Madrid, cooked with the restaurant Lhardy. Cocido is the capital's slow-cooked chickpea stew, served in stages, and a hotel kitchen teaming up with a classic house is a good excuse to try it. At VP Sognio Metropolitano you can taste gildas and vermouth with Hermanos Vinagre. A gilda is the skewer of olive, anchovy and pickled pepper that goes with a vermouth.

There's more at the table. Hotel Ópera hosts a sung Madrid dinner, Urso Hotel & Spa puts on oysters, champagne and caviar with live music, and Liabeny runs a tour through Spanish wine. Pestana CR7 Gran Vía has a pizza masterclass, and four Ilunion hotels offer blind tastings. Hospes Puerta de Alcalá, Pestana Plaza Mayor Madrid and NH Collection Madrid Suecia serve tasting menus. Hotel Chamartín The One and Casa de las Artes Meliá Collection present a cocido as a work of art, and The Central House has a brunch. Hotel InterContinental works with flowers, stems and roots, and Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center has an autumn-winter menu.

For drinks, bars and terraces at Hotel Riu Plaza España, Hard Rock Hotel Madrid, Thompson Madrid, Bless Hotel Madrid, H10 Puerta de Alcalá, JW Marriott and Vincci Soho are part of the programme. Hotel Montera runs a cocktail masterclass, and Radisson RED Madrid offers Basque-Japanese cooking. Catalonia Plaza España & Spa offers a proposal at its restaurant Pulso, with free access to the rooftop. Hospes Puerta de Alcalá also has "Brunch in the Night", which plays with the usual brunch hours. Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza pairs a visit to the Palacio de Liria with a brunch.

The programme isn't only about eating. There are spa circuits, yoga and pilates sessions, hat-making and natural wreath workshops, DJ sets on the H10 Puerta de Alcalá rooftop and "Jazz & Spritz en la Plaza Mayor" at Pestana Plaza Mayor Madrid.
