El Molar's 19th wine fair takes place in and around the centuries-old wine caves dug into the hill of La Torreta, in the DO Vinos de Madrid. Friday night opens with a tapa and local wine tasting; Saturday brings guided cave visits, a grape-treading, blind-tasting contests and rosé pairings; Sunday has a porrón contest and sweets-and-wine tastings from local bodegas, closing with a queimada in the Plaza del Privilegio.
