A free, four-day Mexican food festival on the Puente del Rey esplanade in Madrid Río, programmed as part of the city's Hispanidad 2026 celebrations. Restaurants holding the Sello Copil, among them Mazûl, Regañadientes, Los Carnales, Trompo and Tamal Mío, cook on site and compete live on stage in a show-cooking contest. No tickets or registration: just turn up.
