Tbilisi Boulevard, a Georgian restaurant, opened on the weekend of 19-20 September at Passeig de Gràcia 53, in part of what was the Bulevard Rosa shopping arcade. It's a two-floor space with room for 250, and the kitchen turns out khachapuris and khubkalis.
The wine list leans on the Caucasus, the cradle of viticulture. The opening is run by Sergio Rodríguez, who also launched Nubar and Boulevard, the two previous restaurants in the space.
