La Dama's Andrea Civettini is named Spain's Best Bartender 2026

Andrea Civettini, who runs the bar at La Dama, has been crowned Best Bartender of Spain 2026 at Diageo World Class, the contest often billed as the Oscars of cocktails. He sealed the national title at the World Class European final in Rotterdam.

Civettini, a 30-year-old bartender originally from Brescia, now goes through to the World Class global final in Scotland this October. La Dama occupies the modernist Casa Sayrach on Avinguda Diagonal.
