Terra i Gust is Barcelona's sustainable food festival, run by the city's Alimentació Sostenible programme during the Festes de la Mercè. This year 14 city restaurants cook 28 dishes at €5 each, half of them vegetarian, all built on organic, local and seasonal produce, alongside natural wines, craft beers picked by the Barcelona Beer Festival, Delacrem ice cream and a small-producers market. The cooking school runs showcookings and workshops with chefs including Rafa Peña, Marc Ribas and Artur Martínez. Free to enter, on the Passeig dels Til·lers in Parc de la Ciutadella.
