Temps de Priorat Enoturisme is an open-air evening wine fair in Escaladei, a small village tucked into the heart of the Priorat. This is the second edition, and the summer version is timed to the solstice. Around 19 cellers from DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant pour their wines on the Plaça Priorat, alongside local olive oils and small plates from village restaurants, with a DJ and live wine presentations running through the evening. Entry works on a token system: your ticket comes with tasting tokens, and each pour costs between one and three tokens.
