Across three days, Vic's historic main square transforms into a cheese marketplace bringing together Catalan and Spanish artisan cheesemakers, small-format producers using raw milk from native breeds. The festival includes tasting sessions, masterclasses, pairing workshops, competitions for the year's best Catalan cheeses, and a continuously running market.
