Hours are Friday 19:00 to 23:00, Saturday 12:00 to 23:00, Sunday 12:00 to 17:00. Tasting packs cost €10 for 6 tickets, with the official festival glass at €5 to buy or €3 to rent. The fair brings together cellers from the cava and sparkling-wine sector across Catalonia for guided sommelier-led tastings, paired tapas routes, cellar visits, cooking demos and live music.
The cava capital throws its doors open. Underground cellars, tapas-and-bubbles routes, and easier tasting access than visiting Codorniu and Freixenet on a normal weekday.
