Pascucci opened his eponymous restaurant on Carrer Vía Augusta 217 in Barcelona in 2008 with business partners Simone Brignola (also from Milan) and Enrico Marcolongo (from Verona). The aim was to bring authentic Italian cuisine — pasta made at the restaurant, regional preparations from across Italy — to the city. The two-floor venue seats up to 60. Signature plates include mozzarella stracciatella appetisers and Mediterranean red tuna coated in pistachios served with crisp vegetables. The restaurant carries a Repsol Recomendado.
