25th anniversary edition of the DOP Siurana new-olive-oil fair at Plaça Corsini in Tarragona. 14 cooperatives across the region present their freshly-pressed harvest, with raffles (5, 10, 15 and 20 litres of oil), the 'Your Weight in Oil' contest, an aioli competition, oil-tasting workshops and children's activities. For the anniversary edition, the Diables Voramar de Tarragona lead a commemorative lighting ceremony with live music both nights.
