Annual closing event of Catalonia's new-wine season at Palau Robert in Barcelona. The Col·lectiu d'Elaboradors del Vi Novell — together with INCAVI — bring seven cellers presenting their just-released vi novell (young, low-alcohol November wines made in the French nouveau tradition). Held in the Palau Robert gardens on Passeig de Gràcia, with public tastings, food pairings and producer talks. The 2026 edition follows a tasting in Reus on Nov 22.
